There has been a buzz about Lip Tar by Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics. People have been asking if it lives up to all the hype. So we took matters into our own Lips, to see for ourselves! Although Lip Tar has been out for awhile, we haven’t heard real talk about this product till now.
